Our
host Sharon Crawford has ridden with Peter for so long we've
forgotten! Sharon took over the clinic from our great friend Pat
Oxtoby who passed away last year. Pat had hosted Peter for so many
years and she herself was an accomplished trainer and rider! We
will miss her terribly but Sharon has been putting on a fabulous
clinic for a few years now that brings a new meaning to clinics in
Canada! Sharon has a very diverse group of riders from Dressage to
cutting and beginners to advanced! But there's one thing for
certain, this clinic is full of supportive students craving the
knowledge Peter offers!
Sharon
and her sister Mary Lynn are just great folks who are extremely
dedicated to Peter and his methods! They have supported Peter in
many ways besides just hosting a clinic! When Peter was invited to
the Canadian Finals Rodeo to do a demonstration, Sharon and Mary
Lynn ran the show booth and sold a bazillion videos! When it comes
to willing partners! Sharon and Mary Lynn are great part of our
clinics!
The
Cochrane Ag Society has a beautiful indoor arena and they are not
afraid to use the heat! So whether it's the spring or fall clinic
you be in a comfortable learning atmosphere! As well, as such a
great clinic, this clinic is special for another reason-- got a colt
to start or having trouble with a horse? Peter's neices and nephews
are quite the hands and always around to help out at a clinic!
